We believe that ESG reporting is only a means to an end, and not the end itself. Compliance for the sake of compliance puts everyone in the process in misery. The company officers who have no clue as to why they have to do it; the compliance practitioners who spend time and efforts to produce things that nobody needs except to please the regulators; investors who have to pay many billions of dollars more but not feeling that they are getting much value back from all these compliance exercise.

As practitioners we tell companies what they have to do to achieve compliance. But on top of that we also educate them why they are doing it, how it is beneficial to themselves as well as to others who are either directly affected or indirectly affected by the businesses of the company.
